# Agent skills

> Install the official 0xinsider API skill for a coding agent building your integration.

Install [`0xinsider-api-access`](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin/blob/main/skills/0xinsider-api-access/SKILL.md) when a coding agent writes your 0xinsider integration. It covers authentication, sandbox and live hosts, rate limits, and typed errors.

The skill is published in the official [`0xinsider/agent-plugin`](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin) repository. It works with coding agents supported by the [Skills CLI](https://github.com/vercel-labs/skills), including Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.

## Install the API skill

Run this command in your application project:

```bash theme={null}
npx skills add 0xinsider/agent-plugin --skill 0xinsider-api-access
```

The CLI asks which coding agent should receive the skill. Installation defaults to your project; add `--global` if you want the skill available across projects.

You can read the [skill source](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin/blob/main/skills/0xinsider-api-access/SKILL.md) and the repository's [integration coding instructions](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin/blob/main/AGENTS.md) before installing.

## Build an integration

Ask your agent to use the installed skill and the [OpenAPI specification](https://0xinsider.com/api/v1/openapi.json). Start with [sandbox responses](/sandbox), then follow the [Quickstart](/quickstart) for live access.

For example:

```text theme={null}
Use the 0xinsider-api-access skill to build a TypeScript integration that
reads large trades. Use the official @0xinsider/sdk client, start with
sandbox responses, and read the live key from OXINSIDER_API_KEY.
Check request parameters and response types against the OpenAPI spec.
```

The skill installs instructions. Authenticated live requests still need the credentials and account access documented under [Authentication](/authentication); installing a skill does not create an API key or subscription.

## Add skills for the data you use

The repository also publishes instructions for specific API workflows:

| Skill | Covers |
| - | - |
| [`polymarket-whale-trades`](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin/blob/main/skills/polymarket-whale-trades/SKILL.md) | Large trades, history replay, counterparties, and significance scores. |
| [`polymarket-wallet-grades`](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin/blob/main/skills/polymarket-wallet-grades/SKILL.md) | Trader grades, settled P\&L, leaderboards, and position timelines. |
| [`polymarket-sharp-money`](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin/blob/main/skills/polymarket-sharp-money/SKILL.md) | Directional flow, market intel, Edge Hunter, and review flags. |
| [`polymarket-market-research`](https://github.com/0xinsider/agent-plugin/blob/main/skills/polymarket-market-research/SKILL.md) | Market search, published research, and report snapshots. |

To select more skills from the repository, run:

```bash theme={null}
npx skills add 0xinsider/agent-plugin
```
